Kopaonik, known as the roof of Serbia, is the largest mountain massif in Serbia and according to many the number one winter tourist destination that is also visited by many tourists in the summer months that like the warm alpine sun and fresh air along the many possibilities of the available mountain summer activities. The highest peak of Kopaonik is Pančićev vrh, at a height of 2017 meters.
The Kopaonik ski resort includes over 55 km of alpine trails and 18 km of Nordic trails. Kopaonik has ski slopes suitable for both beginners and experienced skiers.
